Erin has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 18 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Human Services and Health Science from SUNY Empire State College.
Her inspiration to become a Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist and Holistic Practitioner stemmed from realizing the impact movement and distance running (volleyball and cross country running in high school) had on her mental and physical health. She learned hands-on healing over the years from her wounds.
Yoga studies and her present conscious, active lifestyle have helped her stay awake and mindful of the vast wisdom within, but it mostly has inspired her to help others along their healing journey.
Erin Loves teaching Yoga, doing Yoga, being Yoga, observing Yoga, running, stand-up paddleboarding, biking, and showing others how to move their body and mind to create space for healing to enter. She shares the core existence of how we can tap into this space so that we may surrender and find balance authentically on an emotional, physical and mental level. A balance that essentially brings us to our inner bliss where Peace and Joy already await us.
As a Massage Therapist, she has had the opportunity to travel all around the USA and work with all walks of people and ages. It is with compassion and intuition that allows her work to be effective for each individual during a therapeutic Massage Session. Her technique will contour to the body’s natural innate rhythm. As an ancient Chinese proverb indicates during a healing session, “It is with our Hands we see, our eyes we hear, and our ears that change our flow for better understanding of each one’s needs”
The Doctor of the Future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease
