She moved to Rochester from Nashville, Tennessee in 2019 to be closer to her family. She studied and graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester in 2021. She loves focusing on the growth in someone’s progress thru deep tissue and therapeutic techniques. She’s always been drawn to holistic techniques to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She loves working with breath work, cupping, gua sha, Himalayan salt stones, helping with migraines, and stretching techniques. Outside of massage, she loves traveling and working music festivals. Music is a huge part of her life.
