We were founded on the premise of holistic healing for all. Each person comes through our doors with a different story and a different ailment. Our job as therapists & healers is to find the root sources of pain and malfunction and align them naturally with care, patience, and practice.

Katrina Galla-Allen
Katrina is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Her vision has always been to find unique ways to holistically heal people around the world.
As an experienced owner with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness & fitness Industry, Katrina is skilled in orthopedic, deep tissue, pregnancy & Thai massage, myofascial release, joint facet along with nerve compression assessment, treatment & training, trigger point therapy, active isolated stretching, upper and lower cross syndrome technique, customer service, coaching, and sales. She is an entrepreneur professional with a NYS LMT focused on Health and Wellness.
Katrina has lived and healed from coast to coast, bringing the power of massage to many individuals.
